ACS Chemical Control System

The PC500 system is a rugged microprocessor-based control system designed for use in an industrial environment. The system is rated to IP65 and all exposed parts are chemically resistant.

The scalability and flexibility of the system means that the end user can specify the system to suit their requirements. Control parameters can include:

  • Free Acid

  • Fluoride

  • pH

  • RmV

  • Conductivity

  • Redox (Chlorine dosing)

  • Mobility Enhancer Dosing (Can Count)

Industrial stainless steel constructed pump stand. Each pump is individually enclosed for safety and convience of maintenance. Optional pressure relief valves and electrical junction box for safe operation and installation.

SENSOLUTION™ Model 556

The Model 556 EC toroidal conductivity probe is a large bore sensor available in polypropylene, mounted on a 316 stainless steel barrel. 556 sensors are suitable for most applications up to 70°C, and can accurately measure down to 100μS/cm. The sensor features an integral 3-wire RTD to compensate the conductivity measurement for temperature. 556 sensors are designed be compatible with both the loop-powered (two-wire) CT700 and mains-powered (110V-240V) CT700M toroidal conductivity analysers.

SENSOLUTION™ PH600/762

The pH600/762 pH probe assembly is a loop-powered, isolated pH sensor, with all power being supplied from the two-wire current loop connection. Isolation enables the probe to be at a potential relative to ground without affecting the integrity of the measurement. The two-wire connection eliminates the requirement of a separate supply in addition to the loop supply voltage.

DIW

DIW probes offer a rugged solution for monitoring and controlling pH levels for waste water treatment. The probes design reduces the build up of contamination and allows accurate readings to be taken for up to 12 months.

The C600 is a microprocessor controlled, loop powered isolated conductivity transmitter with all power being supplied from the two wire current loop connection. Isolation enables the contacting probe to be at a potential relative to ground without affecting the integrity of the conductivity measurement. The two wire connection eliminates the requirement of a separate supply in addition to the loop supply voltage.

The pH600/762 fluoride probe assembly is a loop-powered, isolated fluoride sensor with all power being supplied from the two-wire current loop connection. Isolation enables the probe to be at a potential relative to ground without affecting the integrity of the measurement. The two-wire connection eliminates the requirement of a separate supply in addition to the loop supply voltage.

SENSOLUTION™ CT700

Loop or mains power

The CT700 is an on-line conductivity analyser available as a 4-wire mains powered unit or a 2-wire loop-powered unit. The loop-powered unit requires a supply voltage between 16 and 35V and re-transmits the conductivity value by varying the loop current between 4 and 20mA. The mains powered unit runs on either 110 or 230V (specify the required voltage when ordering) and re-transmits the conductivity value on a separate 24V loop.
