Astles Day Tanks provide an easy way of storing a smaller amount of chemical near to where it is needed, allowing for the bulk of the chemical storage to be kept safely in the chemical store room.

Injection lances provide a safe and reliable method of dosing directly into a chemical bath. Designed to prevent siphoning to keep the supply chemical contaminant-free. The polypropylene collar is threaded with a standard ¾” BSP thread, which makes the lance easy to fix into place.

Chemically resistant hose for the transfer and delivery of chemicals.

The Astles draw-up tube can be fitted to the suction side of a chemical delivery hose to give a filtered non-return supply of chemical. It is available in a variety of lengths – suitable for 1000L tote tanks, 205L and 25L drums, respectively. Also available to fit 1800L day tanks and 200L Astles day tank systems.

Astles Ultrasonic Level Sensors provide a 4-20mA output to give a real-time reading of chemical storage tank levels.

Astles Tuning Fork Level Switches are typically used as high-level switches to help prevent overfilling of storage tanks.

Polydose double-wall tubing provides a self-contained leak protection system by running the chemical dosing hose through a second, larger hose, so that if the dosing hose were to rupture, the leak would be contained by the outer hose.

PTFE tubing is almost universally inert to industrial chemicals & solvents & can handle nearly any corrosive material with low permeability of the tube contents.
