The Model 425 Redox sensor, measuring ORP, is an accurate and reliable way to monitor the sanitation and of a solution. The ORP measurement can be used to inform the dosing of hypochlorite or chlorine disinfectant tablets.

The sensor features a durable glass filled PPS body and platinum band sensing element. The 3/4” BSP threads at both ends allows for a variety of mounting options such as on a wand for dip measurements or within pipework for flowline measurements. With a temperature range of 0 -100°C and a measurement range of ± 2000mV, the rugged design enables accurate redox measurements in hostile environments.
The 425 Redox sensor works with both the pH800 and R700M analysers. The pH800is a 24V 2 wire analyser which outputs a 4-20mA signal. The R700M is an isolated, mains powered analyser which outputs a 4-20mA signal with optional PID control and three relay outputs.
