The Astles injection lance has been designed to fit on the delivery side of chemical delivery hose to give a stable supply of chemical. It contains a spring-loaded diaphragm that provides backpressure and prevents siphoning. It is available in standard lengths of either 40cm or 75cm when used in our 200L day tanks.
Custom lengths are available on request. The injection lance is manufactured from C-PVC for high chemical resistance and can be supplied with fittings for hoses of size 4/6, 5/10, 6/9, 6/12, 9/12, 10/15 (ID/OD in mm) & 6/12 or 10/16 barbed for Astles Polydose Double wall chemical hose. Maximum flow rate is 120l/h.

A PVC version without backpressure is also available for low-output delivery systems.
