Loop powered isolated transmitter.
Suitable for use with pH, Fluoride or Redox (ORP) probes.
Integral temperature compensation.
Available with or without internal pre-amp.

Features and Operation

The M500 is a loop powered (2 wire) Isolated transmitter, providing 1000V isolation, with all power being supplied from the two wire current loop connection. Isolation enables the pH probe to be at a potential relative to ground, without affecting the integrity of the pH measurement. The two wire connection eliminates the requirement of a separate supply in addition to the loop supply Voltage.

Two options of the M500 transmitter are available.
500/0008: For probes with an integral Pre-Amp providing signals in the range +/- 2.5V for 0~14 pH.
500/0009: For standard probes providing signals in the range +/- 414mV. This option can accommodate pH, Fluoride and Redox probes and can operate with or without temperature compensation (3K RTD).
